General Purpose:
This position is responsible for performing maintenance on plant structure, such as floors, lighting, walls, ceilings, outside roof, and grounds; perform small construction projects, such as room additions; and maintain ground equipment, such as pressure washers, mowers, forklifts, and plant vehicles.
Duties and Responsibilities:
§ Timely completion of Building Maintenance Work Orders. § Complete timely and accurate repairs. § Maintain Grounds. § Ensure safety of building structure and proper functioning. § Maintain Grounds Equipment. § Perform root cause analysis. |
