Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare materials and finished products for shipping.
- Organize and maintain warehouse inventory, ensuring items are properly labeled and stored.
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material-handling equipment.
- Perform inventory counts and help identify discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA and company standards.
- Collaborate with fabrication and operations teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials.
- Assist with warehouse upkeep and equipment maintenance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work on your feet for extended periods.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Prior warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general labor experience.
- Experience in trade show, fabrication, or custom production industries.
- Familiarity with inventory systems or warehouse software.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to be trained).
- Comfort working at heights, using ladders, and safely operating hand tools.
