- Proactively identify, forecast, and eliminate both transactional and experiential pain points for customers in our stores.
- Ensure seamless, transparent, and meaningful communication between departments and customers—before, during, and after every transaction.
- Help establish, monitor, and clearly communicate expectations with customers to prevent confusion and frustration. This includes providing details on timelines, processes, costs, and available options.
- Meet with customers after transactions to gather feedback. Listen carefully, ensure you and your team fully understand their input, and respond with genuine care.
- Assess feedback to determine whether an issue was an isolated occurrence or a potential systemic concern that may require process or policy changes.
- Track and measure progress, ensuring manufacturer CSI/CXI results confirm what you already know—rather than serving as an unexpected revelation.
