As an Asset Protection Specialist, you'll be responsible for protecting Casey's assets, including team members, guests, and physical property. On this team, you'll play a critical role in preventing fraud, auditing, training, and conducting investigations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and detect suspicious activity in stores throughout assigned area.
• Conduct investigations into theft, fraud, and other criminal activities.
• Work with law enforcement agencies during the prosecution of internal and external suspects.
• Assist in the development and implementation of asset protection procedures.
• Train team members on asset protection procedures.
• Conduct audits of asset protection procedures in stores to identify discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate records of incidents and investigations.
• Provide testimony in court as needed.
• Attend district, region, and department meetings as the asset protection subject matter expert.

Compensation: Starting pay range:‏‏‎ $63,100‎ ‎-‏‏‎ ‎$82,800.‏‏‎ ‎Actual pay may vary based on Casey’s assessment of the candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities (KSAs), related experience, education, and qualifications. Other factors impacting pay include local prevailing wages and internal equity. This position is eligible for an annual cash bonus based on company performance. Our full salary range for this role does extend beyond the hiring range listed, allowing team members the opportunity to continue to grow within the company.
