- You’ve got strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- You’re calm under pressure and embrace a little chaos (aka fun!).
- Previous childcare or youth programming experience? Even better!
- Ability to pass state-required background checks.
Why You’ll Love This Role:
- No Set Schedule: This is a substitute position with flexible hours. Perfect if you want to work around your family’s schedule or pick up shifts as needed.
- Work with Kids: Bring fun to kids’ afterschool time, from arts & crafts to sports and games.
- Occasional Weekend Events: Flexibility for weekends and special events (like Kids Night Out) is a plus, but not required.
- Supportive Team: Be part of a team that values a positive and inclusive environment.
What We Expect from You:
- Bring a positive attitude and a team-first mindset every day.
- Deliver five-star service with a smile, eye contact, and kindness.
- Keep your workspace and our entire club clean and welcoming.
- Participate in special events and club activities — the more fun, the better!
When You’ll Work:
- Paid pre-employment training (CPR, First Aid, and more).
