Shift: Monday to Friday (5pm to 1:30am)
A Warehouse Associate with Mimeo performs a variety of functions that support and contribute to the more efficient operation of the warehouse and production departments. The majority of the role will consist of picking orders, using an RF Gun, and completing cycle counts. The position works closely with the other roles in the Warehouse and provides the opportunity to areas such as QA and Replenishing.

The position works closely with the other roles in the Warehouse and provides the opportunity to areas such as QA and Replenishing.
Key Responsibilities
- Picking and filling orders from stock
- Managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other
- Packing and shipping fulfilled orders
- Maintain and replenish inventory as needed
- Adhere to strict quality, and production standards
- Quality inspect products for damages, report as needed
- Contribute to production fulfillment during departmental peak seasons
- Proactively help resolve issues to facilitate our order fulfillment process
- Ensure a clean work environment by keeping all workstations neat and organized
- Follow all safety protocol and warehouse procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Previous experience having used a Dockstocker lift (required)
- At least 6 months experience in a warehousing environment (required)
- Moderate level computer experience (required)
- Experienced using ERP/WMS systems as well as RF hand-held units (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
- Must be able to work independently, make appropriate decisions based on Mimeo.com guidelines
- Must be able to support junior associates as well as knowing when escalation is necessary
- Must display a strong personal commitment to achieving – a self-starter
- Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks daily
