We’re looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our office and the guiding voice that helps patients navigate their dental journey with ease.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive.
• Manage appointment scheduling to keep our office running smoothly.
• Assist patients in understanding their treatment plans, insurance options, and financial responsibilities.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all necessary documents are completed before appointments.
• Collaborate with our clinical team to support seamless patient care.

Requirements:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a dental practice.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• A friendly, professional demeanor that makes patients feel at ease.
• The ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dental software
