Essential Functions of the job include:
- Ensure all workers have proper work attire, safety equipment and training partner if required at the beginning of the shift.
- Walk the area several times each hour ensuring the job functions are completed properly in each area and at the proper speed and quality levels.
- Relieve workers needing to leave the line at unscheduled times.
- Immediately inform the Supervisor of all unscheduled line stops due to problems in the area.
- Be able to perform any/all jobs in area.
- Responsible for covering during absenteeism for hourly production and supervisor.
