Center Hours: Mon - Fri 7am - 7pm / Sat 7am - 3pm

Quality Technician – Precision. Purpose. Impact.

We’re looking for a meticulous and mission-minded Quality Technician to support our plasma center’s quality assurance program. In this role, you’ll review donor records, inspect equipment, manage sample shipments, and help ensure that every step of the donation process meets the highest standards of safety and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

Documentation & Record Review

• Perform detailed reviews of donor records, medical reports, and adverse event documentation.
• Ensure complete and accurate logs of test results, sample verifications, and deviations.

Equipment & Sample Quality Checks

• Conduct equipment incident reviews and quality control checks.
• Verify and release donor testing samples and outgoing plasma shipments.
• Inspect incoming supply shipments for quality and compliance.

Support Center Compliance

• Monitor facility and process performance through quality observations.
• Assist with deviation reporting and corrective action tracking.
• Act as a key point of contact during audits and inspections.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in record review, quality control, or equipment analysis.
• Experience in a regulated, clinical, or manufacturing environment preferred.

• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to self-direct and problem-solve independently.
• Comfort reading and interpreting technical documents and SOPs.
• Clear communication (verbal and written) and documentation accuracy.
• Take initiative to ensure the integrity of the quality program
