We are looking for a Ladies Locker Room Server to join the team. This is a very high-profile role at the Club with a significant amount of Member contact. You will be broadly responsible for providing efficient, and courteous service to Members during their time in LLR.
- Open and close the fitness center each day as required.
- Book, change and cancel appointments using our POS system (Jonas).
- Greet everyone who enters and leaves fitness center facilities.
- Provide detailed descriptions of professional services, treatments, packages, facility features and hours of operation.
- on-going programming and promotions and tennis lessons.
- Handle member and guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by Members and guests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, fully stocked and well-organized work area.
Qualifications & Personal Characteristics
- Able to work without direct supervision.
- A team player; Enjoys working with people and possesses a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Naturally maintains a positive attitude and contributes toward a positive work environment.
- Able to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented and a proficient multi-tasker.
- Is easy to approach and talk to; Naturally builds rapport well with Members, guests and co-workers.
- Able to push, pull or lift up to 20 pounds.
- Previous experience in hospitality and retail desirable.
