Risk Analyst bei Arbor Realty Trust

The Risk Analyst is responsible for the overall analysis, administration, servicing, and compliance of loans within Arbor’s Agency portfolio, consisting of Arbor Private Label, Single Family Rental, and Arbor Private Investment.  The Analyst will also work directly with Specially Serviced loans.

Essential Job Functions (Duties/Responsibilities)

This position will have the following duties and responsibilities, including but not limited to:

• Assist Asset Managers with:

• preparation and review of asset status reports,
• quarterly financial and rent roll analysis to evaluate project’s performance and note any significant variances,
• Inspection Report QC,
• market research and analysis,

• Tracking of Borrower Consent Requests.
• Assist in the implementation and development of a new asset management system.
• Review documentation relative to any escrows and reserves to determine and recommend release of funds held in connection with property improvement projects.
• Provide administrative support functions for the Agency Asset Management Platform, including borrower notices, logging/tracking receivables, and covenant compliance.
• Prepare and distribute monthly and quarterly reports.
• Prepare and track monthly check and reimbursement requests for Special Servicing loans.
• Involvement in supporting technology initiatives.
• Assist with departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Experience: 1+ years’ experience in commercial real estate and/or financial analysis preferred.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

• Must possess strong organization and communication skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in computer skills, especially Excel/Word applications.
• Excellent oral, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational/time management skills are essential to the success of this position.

Travel: < 10%

Arbor Realty Trust, Inc. offers a competitive base salary and discretionary bonus. The starting base salary range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. The specific compensation that will be offered is based on an understanding of the hired candidates' qualifications at the time of hire. Employees are eligible for a discretionary bonus based on employee work performance reviewed during the course of the year. The total compensation package for this position will also include other elements, a full range of medical, and/or other benefits including 401(k) eligibility and paid time off benefits.
