Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday through Friday
• 8AM - 5PM

Key Responsibilities

• Post insurance payment into dental practice management software
• Submit narrative as requested from insurance companies
• Follow up on denied / outstanding claims
• Send patient’s statements for balances
• Collaborate with our dental team to ensure a seamless billing experience
• Resolve billing discrepancies and issues when necessary
• Assist with coding and documentation requirements

Qualifications

• Prior dental insurance billing experience is required
• Familiarity with Open Dental software
• Strong understanding in dental insurance plans and terminology
• Experience with In and Out of network insurance plans and entering insurance payments
