Qualifications:
- Valid South Carolina teaching credential preferred
- Secondary certification preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Experience at the high school level in motivating and developing a championship level program
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable

Primary Duties / Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate a visible commitment to student athletes, community, and instructional leadership while promoting positive character and school spirit
- Have experience and innovative ideas in and out of season (in compliance with SC High School League regulations) regarding the wrestling program
- Demonstrate the ability to motivate, relate, work with, and maximize the individual potential of high school students on and off the court
- Demonstrate high energy and be able to work well with others
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Preferred - Possess a Commercial Drivers License (CDL) or willing to obtain one.
