Responsibilities:Facilitate and manage the process of identifying, prioritizing, chartering, communicating, and managing key projects, in addition to a clear definition of what success looks like for each of these projects.Establish and maintain a business management system, facilitate executive presentations, including the management of staff agendas and meetings.Track key strategic actions, drive them to closure and managing the process of tracking and communicating performance against objectives.Serve as the key interface to the Public Sector office for external groups (i.e. customer and partners) as well as internal business groups.Work with Public Sector Finance and Operations to clearly understanding the P&L, collaborate with the extended Public Sector and NA leadership team to operationalize plans to achieve the financial targets.Support the Public Sector VP in their day-to-day activities (presentations to customers, executives and other external audiences, preparation for critical meetings and business reviews).The ideal candidate will demonstrate:Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize large amounts of information from multiple sources to draw conclusions.Excellent communications skills with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels across multiple functions, with a willingness to challenge when necessary.Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities at the same time.Leadership skills with the ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective.Keen Public Sector business acumen - understand our strategy and govern the strategic planning.Continuously assess how well we are executing to our strategic plan and offer recommendations for improvement.Entrepreneurial and creative mindset, with the ability to formulate solutions to problems and strong process orientation and mindset.The highest level of integrity and an unwavering sense of what is best for the business.Ability to navigate Lenovo and build great work relationships through collaboration, spanning product, sales, marketing, finance, and others.Ability to keep with a fast pace and high energy culture.Emotional intelligence, flexible work style, and excellent diplomatic skills across all levels of the organization.Ability to give and receive feedback.Experience & Education Requirements:15+ years of experience working in the public sector/technology industry5+ years in leadership or project leadership rolesBachelor’s degree
