Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring resident rooms and common areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
- Train, mentor, and support housekeeping staff to deliver detail-oriented and professional service
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain a refined and welcoming environment throughout the community
- Manage scheduling and assignments to ensure efficiency and team coverage
- Oversee inventory of supplies, linens, and equipment, ordering as needed
- Collaborate with nursing, maintenance, and administrative teams to support overall resident satisfaction
- Ensure strict compliance with infection control, safety, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 30 lbs and perform hands-on housekeeping tasks when necessary
