We are seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator to be located in our Merrimack, NH office to primarily support to our dynamic APEX (Autonomy, Processing and Exploitation) and ST (Sensor Technology) Product Lines. APEX provides innovative solutions and advancements in the areas of machine learning and emerging AI technology, network signal processing and missionized payloads and platforms and ST develops and supports innovations geared towards electro-optic sensing, tactical sensors, multi-modal sensing and emerging technology on behalf of our DARPA, Air Force, Navy and other U. S. Government customers. FAST LabsTM, on behalf of these and other customers are innovating on the cutting-edge technology in order to support our warfighters now and in to the future. You will make an immediate impact in supporting FAST LabsTM as a crucial partner in the Contracts group’s marketing and proposal engagements, help to determine business risk, mitigation strategies and courses of action and implementation of new and developing processes. You will serve as the company’s official voice to our customers in negotiation settings, contract administration, problem solving, and compliance assurance.

FAST LabsTM is the technology engine for BAE Systems Electronic Systems Sector performing research, development and prototype projects that expand today's technologies and capabilities for our customers. Our Contracts team is agile and composed of highly skilled and dedicated Contracts professionals who work as a team in a supportive and inclusive manner.
As a key member of our contracts administration team, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with our customers, negotiating and managing complex proposals and contracts, and providing expert analysis and guidance to program teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with customers, ensuring effective communication and contractual compliance.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and manage moderately complex proposals and contracts with minimal supervision, leveraging your expertise to drive successful outcomes.
- Provide value-added analysis of solicitation terms and conditions, identifying potential risks and mitigation strategies to inform proposal development and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Resolve complex contractual issues through collaborative work with program teams, gathering, interpreting, and analyzing information to present effective solutions.
- Negotiate and administer Non-Disclosure, Teaming and other agreements in accordance with corporate policies and procedures, coordinating legal reviews as needed.
- Collaborate across all areas of the business to ensure contractual requirements are met, and performance and deliverables are accurate, complete, and compliant with bid specifications and contract terms.
- Advise on contractual rights and obligations, ensuring adherence to contract terms, FAR/DFARS, and other regulatory requirements.
- Conduct research and provide sound business advice and counsel to program and functional leads, ensuring compliance with bid specifications, FAR/DFARS requirements, contractual terms and conditions, and internal policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all legal, regulatory, and customer requirements.
- Support moderately complex assignments, taking independent action and initiative as needed.
- Maintain accurate and official records for all assigned proposals, contracts, and agreements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex contractual language and identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
