Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable documentation (BRDs, user stories, workflows)
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and gap analyses
• Partner with PMs, developers, and QA to ensure successful delivery
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
• Support UAT planning and execution

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proven ability to work across business and IT teams
• Expertise in creating business cases, process maps, and functional specs
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience in healthcare, financial services, or regulated industries
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart
• Exposure to data analysis or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field
• CBAP or PMI-PBA certification is a plus
