Description

Company Information: 

Radiation Test Solutions (RTS) provides radiation effects testing on electronics in support of large and small aerospace companies and device manufacturers. We are a smaller, rapidly growing company based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

 

Job Summary:

This job function will require coordinating multiple projects within our organization. The primary function will be responsible for overseeing project quoting, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery and alignment with strategic goals. This team member will work closely with other Project Managers and leadership within the team along with subject matter experts across the company.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle including project quoting, scheduling, execution, and completion.  Ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management, engineers, and stakeholders.  Provide regular project status updates, manage expectations, and facilitate clear communication to ensure alignment of project goals.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively and monitor project progress against milestones.
  • Operational Efficiency: Implement and refine project workflows and processes to improve efficiency and minimize delays. Identify and proactively address potential project risks and issues.

Qualifications


Education: Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Physics, Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, etc.) or an Associate’s degree with relevant professional experience.

Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a technical or project-based environment.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with information management systems or similar data management software.
  • Basic understanding of technical testing procedures and concepts.
  • Working knowledge of Good Practices (GP) and ISO quality standards.

Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to risk management.

Work is performed mostly in a office-based setting. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distant vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
