Direct Support Professional (DSP) – White Bear Lake, MN $18.50–20.00/hour | Monday–Friday | 33 hours per week | No evenings, overnights, or weekends

What You'll Do

As a DSP in our Day Program, you'll support participants in daily activities that enrich their lives and foster independence. This includes personal care, outings, and skill-building activities.

Specialized Programming Opportunities In addition to core DSP responsibilities, some team members will take the lead in developing and managing specialized program spaces--such as art, music, movement, or other enrichment activities. You'll design activities, prepare materials, and create engaging sessions tailored to participant interests.

What We're Looking For

  • A caring, patient, and compassionate nature.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • One-year experience in direct care required.
  • Experience working in a Day Program a plus. 
  • For specialized programming roles: creativity, initiative, and an interest in art, music, or other skill areas.
