We are seeking an adjunct instructor to co-coordinate and teach an interactive and didactic course covering the topic of pharmacy ethics and equity in our Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) curriculum. PHAR 503: Ethics and Equity is a required,1.5-credit, lecture-based course during the Spring semester that introduces and addresses ethical dilemmas related to pharmacy practice and healthcare using a systematic approach. This course aims to evaluate viable options for resolving ethical dilemmas with the needs of patients and other key stakeholders in mind. The intersection of bioethics, health equity, and health disparities will be explored.
