Our client, a warm and active family based in Jupiter, FL, is seeking an energetic and creative Full-Time Nanny to support the care and development of their three children (ages 6, 3, and 1). The ideal candidate will have a natural connection with children, a passion for healthy living and nutrition, and a playful, hands-on approach to learning and exploration. This role is perfect for someone who resonates with the values of Waldorf and Charlotte Mason philosophies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, nurturing care for three children (6, 3, and 1 years old)
• Plan and lead creative, hands-on activities (arts & crafts, music, nature walks, outdoor play)
• Prepare and serve healthy, balanced meals and snacks
• Foster a screen-free, curiosity-driven environment
• Maintain a consistent but flexible daily rhythm for the children
• Support the children’s emotional development and sibling dynamics with empathy
• Keep common areas tidy and organized, engaging children in clean-up routines
• Occasionally assist with light household tasks related to the children (e.g. laundry, organizing toys)

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Previous nanny experience with multiple age groups (toddler to school-age)
• Natural ability to connect with children in a warm, respectful, and playful way
• Passionate about healthy living and nutrition; able to prepare simple, wholesome meals
• Familiarity with Waldorf, Charlotte Mason, or similar child-led educational philosophies
• Must be dependable, communicative, and flexible
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Salary: $65,000 - $85,000
