- Previous experience in food quality assurance or production.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Your Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of production facilities and processes.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control protocols and procedures.
- Monitor and document production processes and product quality.
- Perform routine testing and sampling of products.
- Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to quality assurance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes.
