Job Description:

At DTN, we are looking for a Project Technician to join our Immediate Assistance Center (CAI) maintenance and support team. In this role, you will ensure the reliability and smooth operation of electronic systems installed at customer sites. By troubleshooting incidents and providing remote technical support, you will play a key part in keeping our clients’ operations running seamlessly.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Receive, analyze, and resolve technical incidents related to electronic equipment.

  • Perform remote diagnosis and troubleshooting of faults in electronic systems.

  • Monitor operational status of systems using dedicated tools.

  • Apply technical support procedures according to established protocols.

  • Perform remote updates of software and firmware on electronic equipment.

  • Record and document technical interventions in incident management systems (ticketing).

  • Communicate with customers and field teams to track and coordinate problem resolution.

  • Support preparation and updates of technical documentation and support procedures.

What you will bring to the role:

  • Training in Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in technical support or electronic incident response.

  • Strong knowledge of electronic fault diagnosis, embedded software, or communications.

  • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with international clients and suppliers.

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong customer focus.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation:

The targeted hiring base pay range for this position is between €18,750- €25,000. DTN is a pay for performance organization, which means there is the opportunity to advance your compensation with performance over time. The actual base pay offered for this position will be dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, internal equity and applicable laws. The targeted hiring base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for market competitive variable pay and benefits.
