Job Description Summary

JOB PURPOSE

Based on the activities assigned by his/her superiors, the sales performance manager defines and implements resources (steering tools, procedures, etc.) for management and sales executives to optimize sales performance.
He/she carries out performance analyses in order to propose and implement sales and marketing action plans (campaigns, etc.).
He/she leads and supports the administrative and sales teams.
He/she supports the product marketing teams in structuring and professionalizing the digital dimension of the marketing plan.
He/she is responsible for managing the implementation of the customer digital marketing plan (targeting, segmentation, etc.), in collaboration with the product teams.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIESDigital marketing- Ensure the definition and implementation of marketing paths and campaigns digital in business tools- Measuring the return on investment of digital marketing campaigns- Ensure the continuous improvement of business tools and procedures in order to ensure smooth execution of digital marketing campaigns- Support the teams marketing products in the structuring and professionalizing the digital dimension of the marketing planSales performance- Define and provide sales activity management tools (coverage, market analysis, participation, closing, etc.) to analyze sales efficiency- Carry out sales coverage studies in the context of changes (restructuring, changes in coverage strategy, market developments, etc.), in collaboration with sales management- Analyze the sales teams' remuneration model (commission structure, etc.), in collaboration with line management, and propose changes where necessary- Ensure and monitor the performance measurement of sales teams (letter objectives, etc.)- Support management and sales executives in the use and adoption of management tools (procedures, tools, etc.)- Ensure that data in business tools is up-to-date and reliable (data, data quality, customers, competitors, etc.)Manufacturer's programs- Coordinate the transmission of information to the manufacturer as part of the manufacturer's program to measure dealer development in terms of marketing and sales practices- Define and ensure implementation of action plans to achieve objectives manufacturersManagement  - Ensure that resources (means, human resources, etc.) are correctly sized, based on activity, in collaboration with line management- Support and monitor the team(s) assigned to him/her (integration, skills development, etc.)- Participate in the application of HR policy (performance, compensation, etc.) in collaboration with human resources teams- Manage, monitor and control the working hours and absences of the team(s) assigned to it (hours worked, vacations, calendar, etc.), using business tools where necessaryRESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION- Ensure the relevance and reliability of available management tools - Ensure the efficiency of sales processes- Be a key contact for the manufacturer in his or her area of responsibility - Contribute to the continuous improvement of business tools- Know, apply and enforce internal and external compliance procedures and rules- Guaranteeing the performance of your teams and your perimeterPROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGEDIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S)3 to 5 years' higher education in sales or marketing and/or 5 years' professional experience desired significant experienceSPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S)Technical skill(s)- General knowledge of sales (customer relations, sales management, etc.) - General knowledge of marketing- General knowledge of project management- In-depth knowledge of IT tools and information systems - General management knowledge - Advanced intermediate level in English (B2)Behavioral skill(s)- Good interpersonal skills - Ability to communicate - Rigor- Analytical skills - Synthesis skills- Responsiveness
