As the Manager, Planning at Micron, you will play a pivotal role in leading all aspects of project controls for our construction projects in Sanand, Gujarat, India. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with flawless execution. Responsibilities:

• Lead the creation and integration of project control systems
• Supervise the maintenance and updates of schedules, ensuring alignment with project achievements
• Perform ongoing delay analysis and develop coordinated critical path analysis
• Evaluate general contractor’s schedule-related claims and raise early warning signals
• Supervise the monitoring and control of project costs
• Prepare and present regular reports on project status to collaborators
• Identify and address project risks in alignment with collaborators
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other collaborators for effective coordination
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
• Mentor and lead project control team members, encouraging professional growth and guidelines

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in project controls
• Proficiency in project management software like Primavera P6 or Ms-Projects
• Proficiency in software like Microsoft Excel for financials

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good understanding of planning fundamentals including Earned Value Methodology
• Understanding of project financials
• Familiarity with engineering, procurement, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven team leadership skills
