Project Management Sr. Tech Specialist bei Vhr_genband

JOB PROFILE SUMMARY: Responsible for coordinating the delivery of professional services solutions to customers.  Manages the delivery of multiple project initiatives including project planning, task allocation and prioritization and delivery in line with the client’s expectations and business needs. Ensures ongoing process/system capabilities associated with integrated deliverables and manages any changes or enhancements required to meet or exceed the expectations established in initial project design. Works with consultants, analysts, specialists and sub-contractors. Higher level project managers may have the additional responsibility of ensuring appropriate resources are maintained and appropriately allocated to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects.  
COMPLEXITY/CONTRIBUTION: Specialist on complex technical and business matters.  Will champion significant projects, programs and business initiatives using demonstrated creativity and ingenuity.  
INDEPENDENCE: Incumbents provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in his/her area of specialization.   Generally free to determine work priorities based on general direction from managers.     
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Specialist in technical or business skills.  Individuals with a customer focus have developed the acumen to cultivate and develop lasting customer relations.
