Job Description
Reporting to the CHPP Planning Superintendent this role is responsible for developing both maintenance plans and corrective work orders, maximizing operating hours, equipment reliability and availability through collaboration with Supervisors and Coordinators.
About the Role
Developing both short and long-term maintenance plans on new and existing assets
Maximising operating hours, equipment reliability and availability through planned maintenance
Collaborating with Supervisors & Coordinators to maintain compliance with relevant frameworks and standards
Administer computer-based site maintenance system (SAP) to enable safe and reliable coal production
Setting and monitoring compliance to work management and departmental targets
Roster and Location
Monday to Friday roster
Based on site at HVO North facility
About You
Previous experience in a maintenance planning environment (essential) with CHPP experience (preferred)
Formal trade qualification in Electrical, Mechanical or Engineering discipline
Knowledge of the FMECA process, cost management and budgeting
A proven ability to interpret engineering drawings, OEM manuals and standards
High level of efficiency, resourcefulness, and organisational ability
Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Promoting and maintaining a high level of positive safety performance and workplace culture
Ability to work both autonomously and within a team environment
Ability to liaise with key internal and external stakeholders
Previous experience with SAP
