Responsibilities:
- Conducting test on incoming raw material to make sure it meets the standard requirement
- Conducting instrument calibration such as pH meter, moisture balance, refractometer and spectrophotometer
- Maintaining good communication between Quality Control Analyst and Production Staffs regarding the result of instrument calibration
- Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor
Job Qualification :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in biology or chemistry
- Minimum 5 years working experience in food industry
- Possess knowledge related to chemical analysis and microbiological testing methods
- Possess knowledge related to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate fluently in English and Indonesian
- Possess good leadership skill
