Your Role in Carbery's Success

At the Powder Plant, our Evaporators and Dryers Operation plays a critical role in producing high-quality Whey Protein powder through advanced evaporation and spray drying processes. As an operator in this area, you are entrusted with key responsibilities that directly impact product quality, plant efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You will received full training to help you do your job safely and correctly. This includes learning how to use equipment, follow safety roles, and meet quality standards. You are expected to take part in all training and use what you learn every day.

How You Will Contribute:

  • As a Relief Production Operator you will:

  • Operate all machines including evaporators, dryers, and pasteurizers.

  • Cool the product, add additives, and store powder correctly.

  • Take samples and check chemistry parameters during production.

  • Log all required information in Qualtrace, MIS, and on paper.

  • Carry out cleaning (CIP) of equipment and supply lines.

  • Make sure effluent and water use stay within limits.

  • Always follow health, safety, and food safety guidelines.

  • Identify problems early and report them using Pemac.

  • Help with trials, audits, and performance improvements.

  • Train new staff and take part in daily meetings.
