Key Responsibilities
Identify parts requested and provide pricing for technicians and customers
Assist in warehouse inventory management
Ensure unused, damaged, or warranty parts are returned in a timely manner
Utilizing parts manuals and breakdowns
Vendor communication
Providing parts tracking and accurate shipping ETAs as dictated by suppliers
Competencies and skills
Candidate should have mechanical knowledge
Proficient with computer skills
Ability to multitask
Ability to see task to completion
