Description

Perform typical laser cutting operations on second shift, working 3:30 pm to 12:00 am

• Select proper cutting programs, and proper fixtures.
• Document material usage and record deviations.
• Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
• Make proper set-ups for cutting operations.
• Perform prescribed maintenance as required.
• Perform all dimensional inspections.
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to the department supervisor.
• May work at different workstations as production needs require.

Requirements

· Minimum 3 years experience

· Ability to lift and/or move items over 50 pounds

· Ability to work under pressure

· Willing to work in team-oriented setting 

· Ability to manage time to meet production schedule

· Ability to work overtime as needed
