What You’ll Be Doing

As the Development Coordinator, you will: Be the primary liaison to the development community in terms of the commercial development process and processing permits, calculating all associated development fees, and monitoring project timelines. Schedule and attend development meetings with external customers and internal departments and provides follow-up direction.

What You’ll Bring

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent required and at least two (2) or more years of college or technical training preferred in architecture, building technology, general construction, land use, urban planning, public administration, or a related field; or comparable equivalent; or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
