What we are looking for:

- 3-5 years in supply planning/materials planning for MRO/spare parts in a manufacturing environment, including hands-on forecasting and inventory policy setting.
- Proven track record using SAP (MM) and advanced Excel for planning; experience with Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical/statistical acumen; comfortable synthesizing complex datasets and converting insights into action.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
- Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma and continuous improvement methods (preferred).
What we offer:
- An attractive base compensation package, plus bonus eligibility
- Health plans with options that meet your needs, including a wellness program, gym reimbursement, and additional benefits such as pet insurance, legal insurance, employer-paid and voluntary life insurance, and more
- Paid maternity and paternity leave, a competitive vacation package, and company and floating holidays designed to support your work-life balance
- Retirement planning options, including generous employer contributions
- Opportunities to learn and develop, including a tuition reimbursement program
In this role, you will:
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve statistical and causal forecasts for MRO parts using historical usage, maintenance plans, failure/PM data, seasonality, and shutdown calendars.
- Convert forecasts into executable MRP/MPS signals; create and monitor network inventory plans to meet service levels while minimizing working capital.
- Set stocking policies (min/max, safety time, reorder points) and planning parameters; regularly tune for accuracy (e.g., MAPE, bias) and inventory turns.
- Lead Creation/enrichment/standardization of the spare-parts material master (coding templates, duplicate/alternate identification) to improve planning accuracy and optimize working capital.
- Monitor performance of expense/material categories; implement productivity and process improvements to reduce slow-moving and obsolete exposure.
- Partner with Maintenance, Operations, Engineering, and Procurement to align plans, resolve shortages, and manage obsolescence.
- Coordinate with PA (Purchasing Agent) on delivery reliability, lead-time reduction, and risk mitigation; support negotiations aligned to planning needs.
- Build dashboards/analyses to track forecast accuracy, fill rate, service level, inventory turns, aging/slow-moving/OBS exposure, and working capital.
- Research and pilot new planning techniques/best practices; integrate Procurement into core business processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and relevant industry standards.
