Job Purpose / Objective 
• Provide accounting, research and analytical support to the business units

Essential Functions and Primary Duties 
• Provide research and comparative analysis of accounting data 
• Compile and maintain financial records such as journals, ledgers 
• Design and maintain workflow for gathering and analyzing data 
• Make all entries as required in proper software application 
• Assist with documentation for auditing purposes 
• Operate computers programmed with accounting software to record, store, and analyze information 
• Research variances, errors or anomalies in work product, escalating to management if significant 
• Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations 
• Prepare reports for management review as directed 
• Additional responsibilities as assigned

Minimum Qualifications Required 
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree 
• Two years of functional accounting experience 
• Proficient use of applicable technology 
• Able to work in team environment 
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally
