The Quality Team Lead is to ensure they meet company and customer standards before packaging and shipment. This role plays a critical part in maintaining product integrity and preventing defects from reaching customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring products on the NQ5A line meet quality standards
- Verify products against quality standards, specifications, and work instructions.
- Identify and document any non-conformances, defects, or deviations from standards.
- Communicate defects to production and quality team members and assist in root cause analysis when required.
- Complete inspection records, checklists, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ensure defective or non-compliant products are quarantined and properly labeled.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.
- Support continuous improvement activities and suggest quality improvements when observed.
- Maintain a clean and organized inspection area.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least two years of related work experience is required
Preferred:
Strong verbal and written communication
Ability to motivate the team to accomplish objectives
Ability to remain organized
Basic understanding of records, inventories, and other routine documentation used in the warehouse
Disclosure: This is a temp-to-perm position. All production employees for this role must be employed through Projob (staffing agency) for a minimum of 90 days.
