The Opportunity:

An elementary school intern supports teachers by preparing and assisting with lessons, providing individualized student help, supervising activities, and fulfilling classroom duties like grading or material preparation. Interns also gain exposure to school administration, learn classroom management techniques, attend meetings, and adhere to school policies, all under the guidance of a mentor teacher. Key responsibilities include lesson planning, aiding with student progress, creating an engaging learning environment, and managing classroom logistics.
