The Project Manager is responsible for leading, planning, and monitoring all project activities-from small-scale R&D initiatives to large, complex production systems. This role works closely with Engineering, Production, and Procurement teams to deliver fully integrated, high-performance solutions. How You Will Make an Impact

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure schedules, requirements, and budgets are achieved.
  • Identify and resolve project issues by facilitating support and tracking resolutions.
  • Manage customer relationships including acceptance testing, satisfaction, change orders, and ongoing communication.
  • Prepare and deliver reports such as project status updates, schedules, action items, and resource utilization.
  • Collaborate with Engineers to resolve ECOs, NCRs, and technical challenges.
  • Develop and maintain Project Management processes, procedures, and documentation.
  • Lead post-project reviews with stakeholders to capture lessons learned.
  • Track, analyze, and respond to key project metrics.
  • Document and distribute meeting minutes and other project communications.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of proven experience in a Project Management role.
  • Strong track record with formal project management methodologies.
  • Experience leading interdisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional documentation and note-taking ability.
  • Broad understanding of engineering and production processes.
  • Customer-facing experience with the ability to manage expectations and relationships.

Preferred Experience

  • Project management experience in custom automation or machine building.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • PMP Certification.
  • Familiarity with controls and software concepts.
  • 5+ years in Project Management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Project PWA.

Physical Demands

  • Ability to stand, walk, push, pull, reach overhead, and bend to floor level.
  • Lift and carry 20–50 lbs occasionally, 10–25 lbs frequently, and up to 10 lbs consistently.
  • Near visual acuity with or without accommodation.
  • Hearing ability sufficient to detect and diagnose machine sounds.
