Duties

You will serve as a Supervisory Intelligence Specialist performing expert duties as a Senior Intelligence Analyst (SIA) for the Intelligence Directorate's (N2) Analysis and Production Department.,You will supervise a mixed workforce comprised of civilians and military personnel performing technical intelligence work.,You will assign, lead, and monitor the work of the unit; hire, or select employees; manage and appraise employees (to include fitness reports for military and military evaluations), and organizational performance.,You will analyze and conduct long range strategic intelligence planning, analysis, and production and briefs intelligence efforts for the Commander and senior leaders.,You will facilitate and direct analytic liaison between FLTCYBERCOM personnel and counterpart specialists across the IC, LE, academic, and partner communities.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector such as: 1) Manage, review and edit products relating to cyber intelligence analysis production; 2) Analyze and conduct long range strategic intelligence planning, analysis, and production and brief intelligence efforts for the Commander and senior leaders; 3) Oversee the Department's analysis, production, and dissemination of intelligence products in concert with warfighters and decision makers demand at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels of war; and, 4) Conducts partner engagement with authority across Joint, Intelligence Community (IC), and law enforcement (LE) agencies on intelligence matters to ensure all sources of information are leveraged. NOTE: This position has been designated as a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce position in specialty area 11 specialty area code] and as a condition of employment incumbents of the position are required to comply with the DON Cyber IT/CSWF Program requirements of SECNAV M-5239.2, which include: -- 1. Earn and maintain appropriate credentials from the Cyber IT/CSWF Qualification Matrix (described in SECNAV M-5239.2) associated with the specialty area and level commensurate with the scope of major assignee duties for the position to which you are assigned, and; -- 2. Participate in a continuous learning program as described in SECNAVINST 1543.2. A minimum of 40 hour of Cyber IT/CSWF related continuous learning annually documented in a current individual development plan signed by both the employee and supervisor. This position performs a primary cyber work role of 111 per the DoD Cyber Workforce Framework. NOTE 2: Performance appraisals and/or Incentive award documentation may be submitted and will be forwarded to the selecting official as support in consideration of your application in the evaluation process.
