Role & Responsibilities:
- Supervise a landscaping crew
- Read plans and perform physical tasks like mowing, trimming, planting and apply treatments
- Ensure quality, safety and efficient resource management for projects
- Equipment and tool management
- Quality control
- Client interaction
- A strong background in landscaping and groundskeeping is essential, demonstrating knowledge of techniques and practices
- Minimum 3 years' Landscaping experience
- Minimum 1 year Crew Leader experience
- High school diploma or GED
