This is more than a job—it’s a chance to influence the energy landscape. You’ll work with a diverse, international team of experts across engineering, commercial, legal, and technical domains to craft compelling proposals that win major infrastructure projects. Every tender you lead will contribute to building smarter, more resilient power systems.

Collaborate with global sales to position offerings competitively.
Analyze risks and ensure alignment with commercial strategy.
Drive continuous improvement in bid processes and outcomes.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA preferred for strategic and business acumen.
At least 10 years of experience in tender management.
Proven experience managing tenders for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
Strong strategic and analytical skills in commercial and technical contexts.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement across global teams.
