Additional Pay: 2nd shift is $1.50/hr,
3rd/D/C Shift is $3/hr

🥄 What You'll Do

  • Load ingredients into blender and use pumping and metering systems to produce detailed and complex high-value recipes. Utilize advanced batch automation computer systems as required.
  • Changeover/Wash out machinery between jobs. Adhere to strict allergen guidelines and detailed wash requirements.
  • Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
  • Utilize data collection system to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, utilize scanner to use oldest ingredients first (FIFO).
  • Requisition supplies and maintain production records. Ensure correct entries are into factory software.
  • Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
  • Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary.

✅ What You Bring

  • High School Diploma/GED Strongly preferred
  • 0-3 years experience
  • Ability to use computer-based batch automation technology
  • Detail orientated, self-motivated, focused and autonomous
  • Frequently lift up to 55 lbs. independently
  • Must be detail orientated and must maintain accurate documentation.
  • Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language.
  • Ability to multi-task, working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
