As a Mixer at Litehouse you are essential to the performance of all mix systems including spice, prep, testing.

🥄 What You'll Do
- Load ingredients into blender and use pumping and metering systems to produce detailed and complex high-value recipes. Utilize advanced batch automation computer systems as required.
- Changeover/Wash out machinery between jobs. Adhere to strict allergen guidelines and detailed wash requirements.
- Maintains clean work area and participates in housekeeping throughout the facility and grounds.
- Utilize data collection system to maintain inventory accuracy and traceability, utilize scanner to use oldest ingredients first (FIFO).
- Requisition supplies and maintain production records. Ensure correct entries are into factory software.
- Responsibility to adhere to Food Safety policies and report food safety and quality concerns to their supervisor.
- Must be able to frequently work overtime and weekends as necessary.
✅ What You Bring
- High School Diploma/GED Strongly preferred
- 0-3 years experience
- Ability to use computer-based batch automation technology
- Detail orientated, self-motivated, focused and autonomous
- Frequently lift up to 55 lbs. independently
- Must be detail orientated and must maintain accurate documentation.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with little supervision.
- Must have strong verbal and written communications skills with ability to express ideas professionally, effectively and efficiently in the common language.
- Ability to multi-task, working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to establish & maintain effective working relationships with all contacts inside and outside of the company with strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
