Description

The Warehouse Associate, you will lead your team in providing exceptional service and production for our project teams. You are a key factor in ensuring the quality of our work product and the satisfaction of our team members.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • All OSHA, EPA, and ODH policies, procedures, and regulations must be followed to maintain a safe work environment. 

  • Overseeing a team of warehouse workers, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and guidance. 

  • Monitor stock levels, oversee the receipt and storage of incoming goods, and ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. 

  • Working with sales, customer service, purchasing, and suppliers to manage inventory levels and ensure timely order fulfillment. 

  • Ensure all equipment is in good working order, scheduling regular maintenance and repairs, and overseeing incidents' cleanliness and safety records. 

  • Ensuring all employees follow safety procedures and regulations, conducting regular safety inspections, and maintaining accurate records of incidents. 

  • Overseeing the loading and unloading of trucks, scheduling deliveries, and coordinating with transportation companies.  

  • Analyzing data, identifying and implementing solutions to improve overall efficiency. 

  • Monitor expenses, control costs, and ensure the warehouse operates within budget constraints.  

Qualifications


  • High School Diploma or GED 

  • 3-4 years’ experience managing a warehouse environment 

  • OSHA 10 

  • Forklift Certification within 30 days of hire
