- Mon–Fri: £13.85/hour
- Saturday: £13.85/hour
- Sunday: £14.35/hour

🕒 Shift Patterns
We offer flexibility to suit your lifestyle with consistent, reliable work:
- Day shifts: 8:00/9:00 AM – 2:00/3:00 PM
- Evening shifts: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM
- Sleep-in/Waking nights: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
🌟 Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred support to help people live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting daily living activities & promoting independence
- Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Supporting with mobility, transfers & aids
- Providing medication support as per care plans
- Preparing meals, drinks & monitoring nutrition
- Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands)
- Offering companionship, reassurance & emotional support
- Encouraging hobbies, interests & community activities
- Keeping accurate records & communicating with families/professionals

- 🤝 Companionship – conversations, activities, outings
- 💊 Medication Management – collecting prescriptions, reminders, safe administration
- 🍲 Nutrition & Mealtimes – cooking nutritious meals, considering dietary needs
- 🏡 Housekeeping – light cleaning, laundry, tidying
- 🚶 Mobility Assistance – transfers, walking support, use of aids
- 👀 Health Monitoring – observing and reporting changes in condition
- 🌍 Social Inclusion – helping maintain community and family connections
- 💬 Emotional Support – empathy, reassurance, and a listening ear
- 📝 Documentation – accurate record keeping
- 🛡️ Safety & Emergency Response – creating safe environments, acting quickly when needed
- 🤝 Collaboration – working closely with colleagues, professionals, and families
🦸 What You’ll Need (Besides a Cape & Superpowers!)
Experience isn’t essential – we’ll provide full training. What matters is your compassion, resilience, and eagerness to learn.

- ✅ The right to work in the UK (sorry, time travellers from the future can’t apply yet)

You’ll be supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, mental health conditions, and challenging behaviours. No two days are the same – you’ll be helping others broaden their horizons while broadening your own.
