Your main responsibilities
Are you ready to play a crucial role in the recruitment process and help shape the future of our organisation? We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team and support our Talent Acquisition Manager and HR team in attracting top talent in management, engineering, and technical service domains.
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for recruitment, fostering strong internal and external relationships.
- Manage the functional inbox and provide lifecycle process support.
- Share Schindler UK/Ireland’s job openings across platforms including internal ATS (SuccessFactors), LinkedIn, job boards, external partners, and social media to attract diverse talent.
- Coordinate interview schedules by liaising with hiring managers and candidates.
- Collect and compile interview feedback.
- Track all recruitment activities using the local functional tracker.
- Generate recruitment and ad hoc reports.
- Assist in gathering and organising offer approval documentation.
- Prepare offer letters and contracts in collaboration with HR specialists when necessary.
- Participate in ad hoc recruitment and HR projects as needed.
- Continuously seek efficiencies and improvements in processes and employee lifecycle administration.

- Proven experience in recruitment, HR, or administration.
- Broad recruitment expertise across the recruitment lifecycle is desirable.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in IT with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A positive, reliable, and supportive team player.
- Results-oriented and customer-focused.
- A continuous improvement mindset with the ability to enhance processes or ways of working.
