We’re looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Integrated Marketing Manager ready to apply their expertise in marketing strategy and execution for a marketing team within a fast-paced publicly traded company. You’ll have a proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns by coordinating with key stakeholders across product, sales, and sales enablement to meet revenue goals. You’ll exhibit a deep understanding of markets and customers to lead go-to-market strategy for successful product launches.
The Senior Integrated Marketing Manager will drive the marketing strategy and execution for our Claims business in the UK. You’ll be working with a group of accomplished high-level professionals while deepening your knowledge and skills with an ever-expanding breadth of projects. You will apply your talent in communicating the value of Verisk’s solutions to UK audiences and enjoy collaborating and building relationships with colleagues and clients.
Responsibilities
- Market & Competitive Intelligence – Leverage market trends, customer behaviors, competitor information to provide actionable insights that inform integrated positioning, messaging, and campaign strategies.
- Customer Journey – In collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, utilize proprietary and third-party research to refine target personas, buyer needs, and purchasing decision processes.
- Messaging & Positioning – Lead the development of messaging and positioning strategies that align to customer needs, market dynamics, and business objectives, ensuring consistency and impact across channels and stages of the buyer journey. With minimal guidance and demonstrating a solid understanding of the product/solution, draft marketing campaign briefs and messaging guides that capitalize on business opportunities to build strong marketing outcomes.
- Marketing Strategy – Manage the development and execution of comprehensive, multi-channel marketing strategies that drive business growth and align with overarching organizational objectives. Define and prioritize target market segments in collaboration with product, sales, and customer insights teams.
- Budget Management - Own the creation, management, and optimization of marketing budgets for the lines of business they cover, ensuring alignment with ROI and business goals
- Campaign Development - Spearhead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns based on data insights, including oversight of messaging calendars, campaign budget management, and post-campaign performance evaluations. Guide cross-functional teams to ensure integrated execution, consistent messaging, and measurable impact across the full marketing funnel. Leverage data and advanced analytics to evaluate performance, identify growth opportunities, and continuously refine campaign strategies, channel mix, and audience targeting.
- Sales Enablement – Partners with sales leadership to identify content needs, craft tailored sales playbooks, and align messaging with buyer journey stages.
- Marketing Analytics - Leads marketing analytics reviews to measure and optimize marketing / campaign effectiveness, establishing robust metrics and frameworks to evaluate performance and ROI across integrated marketing initiatives.
- Thought Leader – Manages the strategic development and execution of thought leadership initiatives, ensuring alignment with positioning, customer insights, and business objectives. Skillfully collaborate and influence beyond formal reporting lines to achieve impactful results.
Qualifications
- BA in marketing, communications, or related field.
- 9+ years of integrated, product or channel marketing experience.
- Proven understanding of the insurance industry is a plus (either working in insurance or in a company that targets insurers).
- Demonstrated success with developing marketing strategies and executing integrated marketing campaigns by working cross-functionally across multiple marketing teams.
- Proven track record of leveraging customer, market and competitive insight to inform and executive demand generation and lead generation campaigns.
- Successful track-record of collaborating with Product Management and Sales across multiple seniority levels to deliver on key business objectives.
- Experience in taking a data-driven and results-oriented approach to decision-making, with a perspective on how to measure and evaluate activities to optimise performance.
- Ability to rapidly prioritise and react to changing business needs and external market dynamics.
- Ability to successfully work in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations of two days a week.
