The Role
You’ll play a key part in the Senior Site Team, managing existing Hellenic and Excel-based planning systems, while also supporting the identification and delivery of a fully integrated planning solution. By working cross-functionally with Commercial, Logistics, Technical, and Production, you’ll help us drive accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the site.

- Skilled in managing inventory levels, budgets, and costs
- Knowledge of planning systems and supplier management
- Excellent communication and influencing skills

Your Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key member of the Senior Site Team, providing leadership and direction
- Deliver and implement a fully integrated planning system
- Develop and control production schedules and inventory based on sales forecasts
- Ensure 100% on-time, in-full delivery of products
- Optimise capacity, labour, and materials through effective planning
- Support the Production Manager in maximising output and minimising waste
- Improve forecasting accuracy, inventory levels, and service through effective communication with internal teams
- Build strong working relationships with Commercial and Operations to align on customer needs
- Analyse raw material and packaging requirements, ensuring timely procurement to prevent stoppages
