Job Description:Join our team and you’ll be responsible for working closely with a targeted portfolio of businesses with an annual spend of up to £2,500, guiding them to maximise the value of their Totaljobs products and solutions. By uncovering additional needs and challenges, you will help grow Totaljobs’ market share. Through developing a deep understanding of your customers’ current and future requirements.
Working in the sales team, you will recommend tailored Totaljobs solutions that deliver long-term value and strengthen customer relationships ensuring successful renewals of annual contracts. In this role, you will drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle from prospecting and acquiring new clients to presenting and selling our suite of online recruitment solutions. You will ensure a seamless onboarding experience, nurture client relationships, and maximise contract renewals once the current inventory has been fully utilised.

Your responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through client referrals, networking, and marketing-generated leads.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that clearly demonstrate Totaljobs’ value and align with clients’ strategic objectives and requirements.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis by nurturing existing client relationships while expanding and converting a robust pipeline of new business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across both key and SMBE clients. Gain a comprehensive understanding of clients’ current and future needs, as well as their strategic objectives, to deliver tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Effectively leverage Salesforce in line with company standards, including opportunity creation, accurate forecasting, thorough logging of contacts and client interactions.
- Proven expertise in B2B new business development and high-volume transactional sales.
- Skilled at handling objections and dissecting customer challenges to deliver practical, value-driven solutions that enhance the client experience.
- Deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process from identifying customer needs and overcoming objections to negotiation and successfully closing deals within the B2B landscape.
- Proven track record of consistently building and expanding an account portfolio year after year, driving growth and long-term client success.
- Ability to adapt to changes within the business in an evolving market landscape, and a solution-oriented mindset to navigate challenges effectively.
