We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Change Manager to lead and support our global transformation program. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating and implementing a robust change management framework, driving adoption and acceptance of new processes and systems, and working effectively across diverse cultures. Experience in managing enterprise wide technology change initiatives will be highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive change management strategy and framework to support the transformation program.
- Drive the adoption and acceptance of new processes, systems, and technologies across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of change initiatives.
- Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation plans.
- Design and deliver change management training and communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and support.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities and make necessary adjustments to achieve desired outcomes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide regular updates and insights on the progress of change initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience in change management, preferably in a global enterprise-wide transformation program.
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Experience in managing technology change initiatives is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively across cultures and manage diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Certification in change management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.
