Summary of the role
You’ll be responsible for managing and supporting Amadeus Core Services, ensuring reliability and performance across the full application stack.
In this role you’ll / Your main responsibilities
You’ll coordinate application operations for Amadeus Core Services end to end.
You’ll oversee the full application stack including OS, databases, data stores, applications, virtual networks, and support functions according to service levels.
You’ll support automation efforts across service, change, release, and test processes.
You’ll contribute to problem and incident management by investigating root causes and maintaining system stability.
You’ll foster a collaborative environment and share your technical knowledge to guide activities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
About the ideal candidate
You have experience with Windows Server and Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat) administration.
You’re familiar with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
You have knowledge of HTTP protocol and scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, and Bash.
You’ve worked with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and RabbitMQ.
You enjoy problem-solving and investigating complex issues, and you remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
