The role:
We are looking for a structured and detail-oriented personality to join us as a House Staging Generalist (m/f/d). In this key role, you will be responsible for both the administrative processes and the smooth coordination of our staging projects. You will ensure that orders and deliveries are managed efficiently – while also playing an important part in ensuring our properties are perfectly staged for multichannel campaigns, including TV, leaving a lasting impression.
Your tasks:
Order and Procurement Management: Organize, manage, and track orders for furniture, decoration, and other staging elements.
Invoice Management: Review invoices while coordinating with accounting and external service providers to ensure accuracy and negotiate better prices.
Operational & Administrative Coordination: Oversee and document all operational processes – from delivery and logistics planning to maintaining transparent project documentation, invoices, and order overviews.
Creative Contribution & Supplier Network: Support the staging process with research on décor ideas, supplier scouting, and the preparation of creative concepts for shootings and campaigns. Build and expand a reliable network of furniture and décor suppliers.
Project Support & Styling: Take an active role on-site during property viewings, service provider briefings, and project progress tracking – all the way through to final staging and styling before shootings and productions, including regular travel to project locations across Europe.
What you offer us:
Solid experience in budgeting, invoice control, and procurement processes – you enjoy working with numbers and always keep an overview.
A natural eye for interiors, decoration, and stylish arrangements. While professional training or background in interior design/styling is not required, it would be a strong advantage and highly valued.
Ability to plan, coordinate, and manage multiple projects simultaneously – including timelines, suppliers, and service providers.
Strong interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with creative teams and external partners such as logistics providers or craftsmen, combined with native-level German communication and documentation skills to ensure clarity across all stakeholders.
Willingness to actively support on-site preparations and finalizations – from documentation to the finishing touches on a staged home.
You remain structured and reliable, even when things get hectic or last-minute changes occur.
Motivation to connect your financial expertise with creative staging projects and to grow in both worlds.
What we offer:
A modern, dynamic culture grounded in the success of a leading-edge e-commerce company.
A talented team of ambitious, like-minded colleagues where your knowledge and ideas truly make an impact.
Ongoing personal growth, supported by an annual development budget of €1,500 to invest in your professional development.
Trust and autonomy, no micromanagement, just confidence in your ability to deliver and excel.
Flexible work options with a hybrid setup focused on results.
Unlimited vacation days in addition to your yearly 30-day vacation allowance.
Opportunity for workations abroad using our WorkFlex tool.
Monthly mobility allowance of €30 to use on the mobility option of your choice (e.g., the Deutschlandticket), plus access to a company bike leasing program.

Subsidized EGYM WELLPASS membership, with a contribution of only €25 per month, giving you access to a wide range of gyms and sports options across Germany.
